چکیده
The aim of this study was to explore the pivotal genes or lncRNAs involved in progression atrial fibrillation (AF) -valvular heart disease (VHD). mRNA profiling GSE113013 obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus database. identification differentially expressed (DEGs) and long non-coding RNAs (DElncRNAs) performed. Ontology Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes pathway enrichment analyses were carried out for DEGs. Then, construction protein-protein interaction (PPI) network conducted. An lncRNA-miRNA-target ceRNA constructed after obtaining microRNAs (miRNA) related DElncRNAs. Ultimately, key disease-related screened. A total 399 DEGs 145 DElncRNAs obtained. There 283 nodes 588 pairs PPI network, synaptosome-associated protein 25 (SNAP25) had higher degrees (degree = 22) network. 65 Here, Baculoviral IAP Repeat Containing 5 (BIRC5) regulated by hsa-miR-1285-3p, which lncRNA NPHP3-AS1. Gap Junction Protein Alpha (GAJ5) hsa-miR-4505, hsa-miR-1972, hsa-miR-1199-5p. In particular, GAJ5 enriched function ion transmembrane transport regulation, whereas BIRC5 apoptosis-multiple species pathway. Similarly, Potassium Inwardly Rectifying Channel Subfamily J Member 6 (KCNJ6) an channel complex. VENN analysis identified GJA5 as AF-related genes. KCNJ6, SNAP25, GJA5, BIRC5, NPHP3-AS1 likely be associated with AF-VHD development.

intraoperative radiofrequency and cryoablation for atrial fibrillation in patients with valvular heart disease
patients with valvular heart disease and suffering atrial fibrillation of more than 12 months duration have a low probability of remaining in sinus rhythm after valve surgery alone. we performed intra-operative radiofrequency ablation or cryoablation as an alternative to surgical maze ііі procedure to create linear lesion lines for conversion of this arrhythmia to sinus rhythm. a total of 30 pa...

patients with valvular heart disease suffer from atrial fibrillation for more than 12 months after valve surgery and have a low probability of remaining in sinus rhythm. we performed an intra-operative procedure similar to surgical maze ііі procedure for conversion of this arrhythmia to sinus rhythm. we did this study to evaluate the efficacy of this procedure to restore the sinus rhythm in pat...
متن کاملStroke Prevention in Atrial Fibrillation and Valvular Heart Disease
There is a clinically staggering burden of disease stemming from cerebrovascular events, of which a majority are ischemic in nature and many are precipitated by atrial fibrillation (AF). AF can occur in isolation or in association with myocardial or structural heart disease. In the latter case, and when considering health at an international level, congenital and acquired valve-related diseases...
متن کاملAblation of atrial fibrillation in valvular heart surgery: are results determined by underlying valve disease?
BACKGROUND AND AIM OF THE STUDY Although, in recent years, atrial fibrillation (AF) ablation has become an effective concomitant procedure in cardiac surgery, it is unclear whether the outcome of the procedure is determined by the underlying valve disease. METHODS Between 2003 and 2005, 191 patients (100 females, 91 males; mean age 70+/-8.7 years) underwent concomitant left atrial (LA) ablati...
متن کاملPharmacologic and Non-Pharmacologic Treatment of Chronic Atrial Fibrillation – With Special Reference to Valvular Atrial Fibrillation in Rheumatic Heart Disease
Atrial fibrillation (AF), the most commonly encountered arrhythmia in clinical practice, is associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Of great significance are heart failure and stroke.1 With increased incidence and prevalence of AF, it represents a growing clinical and economic burden. AF is also a progressive disease secondary to continuous structural remodeling of the atria becaus...
